Civil Engineering Services
GeoTran offers services under general civil engineering consulting. Our key personnel have been involved in various aspects of civil site development plans and condition assessments. Our basic general civil engineering consulting services include:
1) preparation of pavement and minor roadway cross section design and 2) reviews of civil site designs/plans prepared by others and pertaining to site grading, hydrology, site utilities, stormwater management, slope stabilization, retaining walls, pavement design and erosion control measures; 3) review and condition evaluation of existing underground sewer systems; and 4) property condition assessments/building condition observation surveys, documenting condition of various building components and site grounds including development of capital reserves and condition assessment reports.
